Mike Stimson
 

Mike Stimson is an experienced consultant and executive coach. He has lived and worked in a variety of continents with several global organizations. As a result of this international experience, cross cultural coaching and virtual team management are particular areas of interest. Mike has a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, validated by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

His work is facilitative, challenging and based on client and organisational need. He supports this work with the use of a range of psychometric instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B and CPI 260, in which he is qualified. Mike speaks good Portuguese and has led training and coached in that language.
