Scott Kerr has a wealth of corporate experience which include senior executive positions in the health and the telecommunications sector of large, dynamic organisations. He has held leadership positions in established international consultancies i.e.: The Hay Group, and works at senior level and with multi cultural teams. Scott is an established Industrial Psychologist and performance coach; he focuses on coaching senior executives, team building and accelerating the development of high performing high potentials.

An inspirational speaker and facilitator, Scott is an accredited MBTI practitioner and specialises in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership interventions.
