Jacqui Craig is a business coach, consultant and facilitator with 25 years corporate experience. She works at board level with senior executives, first line management and with teams. She has experience of corporate leadership, multi-cultural groups, teams in conflict and virtual working teams. Her expertise lies in the subjects of Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, professional and personal impact and communication, overcoming professional and performance crisis and creating customer/client facing business environments.
A qualified executive coach, she is a member of and works within the ethical code of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Jacqui is EI (Emotional Intelligence) accredited and TMS (Team Management Systems) accredited.
Jacqui has held senior positions with Federal Express International, ODI (Europe) and BT. She began her career by managing a region of Federal Express and went on to become responsible for the training and development strategy for the European division. When she was with BT Jacqui was key in developing the strategy and tactical plans to support the rapid growth of a customer facing division from 60 to 7,500 employees over 4 years. HR processes, change initiatives and development programmes were designed, developed and delivered under Jacqui Craig's leadership. This experience enables her to bring both theoretical and operational knowledge to her work.
Her personal style is professional, energetic and vibrant bringing both emotional and intellectual knowledge to her work. Jacqui is able to offer challenging and thought provoking workshops, supported by observations, humour and honesty. She is committed to working with executive coaching and supervision clients to achieve change and progression in a way that is suitable to the situation. This could be a pragmatic approach for immediate results upon the bottom line or in or a more consultative and facilitative approach that requires learning, development, self knowledge, challenge and team experiences to embed any change.

Wendi has worked as a consultant specialising in organisational and individual development for almost 20 years.
Following her work as part of the Human Resources team at British Airways driving culture change in the mid-80's, Wendi moved to PA Consulting and then PricewaterhouseCoopers where she continued to focus on organisational development for global blue-chip clients before moving to work independently. She is a trained facilitator, coach and an accredited MBTI and Firo-B practitioner.
She is experienced in working with multi-cultural and lingual groups. The cornerstone of her work is a commitment to practical benefits for both the individual, or team, and their organisation. Wendi's style is focused, clear and challenging whilst maintaining the kind of unjudging flexibility that allows managers to experiment with new ideas and approaches. Energetic, innovative and flexible, Wendi offers support, stimulus and objective analysis to enable clients to improve their practical management.

Mike is an experienced consultant, specializing in organizational and personal development, who has lived and worked in a variety of continents with several global organizations. As a result of this international experience, cross cultural coaching and virtual team management are particular areas of interest.
Mike has a Diploma in Leadership Mentoring and Executive Coaching, validated by the Institute of Leadership and Management. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and has regular supervision for his coaching practice. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Mike has done a considerable amount of executive coaching with leaders in international organizations, particularly through his work with the internationally renowned Centre for Creative Leadership. He has also coached clients in such organizations as British Petroleum, Schlumberger, the Treasury, the National Health Service and several UK universities. In addition, he has designed and led programmes for managers on how to coach, and recently has been a member of the faculty delivering an innovative approach to team coaching with high flyers in Shell Europe.
In all this coaching and training, Mike is facilitative but challenging and bases his approach firmly on client and organisational need. He supports this work with the use of a range of psychometric instruments such as MBTI, FIRO-B and CPI 260, in which he is qualified. Mike speaks good Portuguese and has led training and coached in that language.

Gerry has over twenty years experience working for SMEs in the capacity of Business Support Manager and Executive Personal Assistant.
She has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of just what is required to ensure professional standards are assured. Gerry is responsible for managing the internal operations of the business. She provides support for client services, marketing and sales, event management and administration.
