Engineering - Global
A global engineering organisation, this company has used Clear Connection as their consulting partner since we formed in 2000. They hold the position as providers of a unique service and product in a market where clients demand world class components. Established for over 100 years they have experienced growth and change and continue to be a dynamic leading engineering establishment.
Supporting the talent director we have provided a variety of services designed specifically to support their ‘Global Leadership Progamme’. Their unique 9 month Global Leadership Programme is held over a one year period in three different global locations. It incorporates a 9 month project for each delegate and includes an intensive individual assessment. Each delegate is supported by a Senior Manager who is their executive coach for the duration of the prorgamme.
We have been involved as mentors to the executive coaches and have facilitated senior management workshops. Our work here is aimed at challenging and testing assumptions which can occur during senior management development, exploring any dilemmas, our role is to hold the boundaries between organisation, delegate and executive coach. We have also been involved in designing and facilitating process improvement workshops at local engineering locations and work as executive coach support to operational heads of function.
