Wendi has worked as a consultant specialising in organisational and individual development for almost 20 years.
Following her work as part of the Human Resources team at British Airways driving culture change in the mid-80’s, Wendi moved to PA Consulting and then PricewaterhouseCoopers where she continued to focus on organisational development for global blue-chip clients before moving to work independently. She is a trained facilitator, coach and an accredited MBTI and Firo-B practitioner, experienced in working with multi-cultural groups.
