Rebecca Fanger is based in Madrid and has 35 years of work experience. Rebecca provides consulting, program design, facilitation, and coaching work aligning corporate strategies with executive development.
In her spare time she fancies a mix of quiet time, reading and watching series on Netflix, and organizing themed events with family and friends. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, music and salsa dancing are part of her DNA.

Rebecca specializes in obtaining measurably-proven improved leadership behaviours that impact executive and organizational performance, and in identifying client’s corporate strengths and development gaps.
She leverages her past management experience at AT&T and over 20 years’ work with executives in multinational organizations throughout Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia, and Africa into her leadership development facilitation and coaching practice.
In addition to her consulting work, Rebecca delivers Leadership and Coaching courses at the IE Business School and since 2010 she has received yearly Recognition for Academic Excellence awards. She has also been one of the pioneers in coaching senior executives in Spain since 1992, and has extensive experience in the design and analysis of 360 feedback assessments.
Rebecca holds a Master’s Degree from the Instituto de Directivos de Empresa (IDE-CESM, Spain/Chile), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. She is a Board Certified Coach by the Center for Credentialing and Education and member of the International Coach Federation, certified in a wide range of psychometric evaluation tools. She has also been a member of the European Professional Women’s Network where she has collaborated in a mentoring role and has published research work on law firm’s sales best practices Strategic Networking, An Alternative to the Sales Dilemma.
