About Peter Gundling

Peter’s experience in facilitation and training is truly global. With more than 20 years’ experience, he has facilitated workshops for over 5.000 participants in more than 40 countries and all continents of the world. Specialising in the topics of leadership, organizational change, international management, personal effectiveness and sustainability, he brings experience and knowledge to his workshops.

Peter started his professional career at SKF, a global manufacturing and service company, as a mechanical engineer teaching quality techniques and running continuous improvement projects. With the implementation of Total Quality Management in SKF he switched to a position as a full-time people skills trainer and organizational development consultant for more than 10 years. He has been a consultant and facilitator since 2008 and delivers workshops in German (native) and English fluently.

Peter has energy, drive and brings a positive mindset to his work. He has an enthusiasm which is truly engaging for participants and is able to inspire, motivate and achieve results. With an expertise in emotional Intelligence, leadership neuroscience-based training and EQ workshops. He is both insightful and practical and also accredited with the SIY Leadership Institute on mindfulness and emotional intelligence.

Peter has worked in many different industries and is currently working with Rolls Royce to develop their supplier base with a leadership program called “Sharing in Growth”. He has worked with many global clients including: 3M, Continental, Cognizant, Siemens, Schneider Electrics, GE, Munich Airport, SAP, SKF, Vodafone, Rolls Royce, JTI, Siemens, Nokia, Konecranes, IHK, Evonic, ThyssenKrupp, Allianz, ZF, Givaudan, Natural History Museum in Berlin and Senkenberg Museum in Frankfurt.

Peter lives in Belgium and Germany with his partner Lutgarde and has two children, Selina and Simon. When he has the time he enjoys pool billiard, dancing, Yoga and Zen meditation.
